Product Quality Guarantee

At Aurawon, every watch is inspected before shipment. Because our watches are sold as budget models, they are not covered by a manufacturer warranty or extended warranty program.

1. Arrival Defects (48-Hour Coverage)

If your watch arrives with a significant manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

• Your Order Number
• Photos of the defect
• Video evidence where applicable

Each claim will be reviewed individually by our support team.

2. Warranty Exclusions

We do not provide warranty coverage for:

• Accidental damage or impact drops
• Water damage
• Misuse or improper handling
• Customer modifications or unauthorized repairs
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage occurring after delivery

3. Resolution Process

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed upon arrival, Aurawon may, at its sole discretion:

• Offer a replacement item depending on the nature of the issue and available stock.
