1. What payment methods do you accept?

2. Are the watches ready to ship?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days before shipment.

3. How long does delivery take?

Estimated delivery times:
• USA: 8–12 Business Days
• Canada: 8–12 Business Days
• Europe: 8–12 Business Days
• Middle East: 8–15 Business Days

Delivery times may vary depending on customs and local carrier conditions.

4. Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Every order includes tracking information once dispatched.

5. Do you accept returns or refunds?

Due to the nature of our products, returns and refunds are not accepted for change of mind, personal preference, incorrect product selection, or normal wear and tear.

6. Do your watches come with a warranty?

All watches are inspected carefully before shipment. Aurawon does not provide a manufacturer warranty or extended warranty program.

7. How should I care for my watch?

Avoid impact damage, water exposure beyond the stated specifications, improper handling, and unauthorized modifications. Regular cleaning with a soft cloth is recommended.
